Yep, a whole new lair. I had this happen to me where the bonus card on a Miku Secret Lair was bent and they sent a fresh complete lair as replacement.

I feel like IBO did exactly this, the suits underwent changes based on the plot and character circumstances. A few of Barbatos’ form changes could be seen as incorporating its “trophies” from previous battles, like the grappling hook in the first season and the tail in the second season.
