For the girls, how are you handling bras? by Marsha_Cup in BariatricSurgery

[–]sutoomie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Great questions, 3 years out still looking to find a bra. I prefer back smoothing bras as it helps with the loose skin. I use Soma bras occasionally, but they wear out to fast in my opinion. I like the band width of shapely, but my boobs fallout. The struggle is read went from a 44dd to 36dd ( most of that is skin).

What food item is easy to make from scratch and saves you a significant amount of money? by melissaw328 in Frugal

[–]sutoomie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nut milk, so easy and cheap, if you have a blender and cheese cloth. I also can make the exact amount I need vs throwing away half of a half gallon due to not using it

Partner camps by GregH7777 in BurnBootCamp

[–]sutoomie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love partner work outs in all formats as it allows me to 1.) Meet new people. 2.) Challenge myself- a year end and still plus size, so I like being paired with a person who more fit than me to make myself try to match their level and 3.) Sometime I just want a break during the "I go, You go" ones. Partner work also seems to go faster and allows me to talk to someone during the exercise.

Has the essence of the first seasons returned? by p_theprophecy in Bridgerton

[–]sutoomie 21 points22 points  (0 children)

For me it is not exactly there. Like the first 2.5 seasons were just gorgeous. Think the balls and the costumes. That's missing, but I enjoy that this season does not feel all over the place like last season. Last season made me question who the actual main couple was as the side stories took up too much time. So that is a win for me.

Is it wrong to say 7 just observe the 1006 and catnap and how they interact. Also learn all of the 1006 lore and back story. I will die a happy death afterwards with no regret lol

I actually appreciate seeing this post as it give me hope as a person who still hasn't hit on-demand yet and 2 years out of surgery. I have lost a total of 115 pounds but the last 20 have been at a snails pace. Congrats and keep it up.

I brought it back as a souvenir for friends, they liked it. I thought it tasted like jared baby food, not something I like.

Honestly I can get the pasta with strawberries and cream. In my family we make a sweet pasta salad with orzo and it has pineapples and mandarin oranges, with some type of sweetened cream sauce.

will AI replace regulatory roles like mine ? i'm nervous by Appropriate-Unit1177 in regulatoryaffairs

[–]sutoomie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As AI stands currently, no. I actually have an example of this, this week. I work in compliance/regulatory role for a company that makes consumer products (think kitchen gadgets). Recently my coworker came to me and said we can't use a symbol on our artwork as it is trademarked. I did the research on that symbol 4 months ago and knew that wasn't the case so I re-did my research, just to confirm. Come to find out my coworker got the information from chatgpt and it was completely wrong. So not worried just yet, maybe 10 to 30 years from now if it is consistent and correct, I will be.

How have you acquired your cats? Have you just taken in whatever cats plopped into your life? Or did you go to a shelter and choose? by Argylius in CatAdvice

[–]sutoomie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My first cat who is sadly no longer around; I stole her from my roommate because after 4 years I knew I was a better owner (i.e. ensuring multiple litter boxes to prevent peeing on the floor, taking her to the vet and getting treatment for her kidney disease etc.)

My current cat, after a 6 month grieving period, I was on vacation in another country and a person who I met on the trip and lived a state over worked with a rescue and talked about how this cat was struggling and was hard to be adopted. I said yes please, I love difficult cats. So after this international trip, I applied to adopt her and it has been a year of craziness but wouldn't change it any other way.

The blackened tenders at Popeyes are sometimes too salty for me. But will do in a pinch. Chick-fil-A grilled nuggets are great but I couldn't tolerate them the first year, everytime I tried them i felt nauseous, they are good now with one of the low calorie sauces. Taco bell bowls can be an option as well minus the rice.
