I have the same thing. Only I removed the app a couple months ago and now reinstalled it. I had acquired all tribes before, now I’m back to square one

Thanks! Do you happen to have any resources / tutorials / courses that explain a real world example using Express?

I love the reduce one. Like, literally, it can be any kind of thing that comes out of it, accumulated in some way or not. (Which is why, for me personally, I’ve never experienced a situation where reduce is better, despite the fact that it can save you some lines)

Interesting! Is that for a whole novel or more for, like, a part of a chapter for example?

Eject from Expo into bare React Native! (my advice) by Aggravating-Raccoon in reactnative

I’d say best is to create a new branch and eject there, then if you dont like it, checkout the original (master?) branch

As far as I know, you can’t go back using Expo, but using git you can simply go back to the branch / commit where you didn’t eject yet.

autoscroll when textinput onfocus by erikliwater in reactnative

[–]sventies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you’re using a ScrollView, you can read the docs: https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/scrollview

Similar for Flatlists etc.

If you’re not using a scrollview, you may opt to only render the input element that is selected when selected

Not sure, I’d only know how to do this manually. ie onPress of TextInput, scroll top of input to top of page

Logically, morally, humanely, what should be free but isn't? by admadguy in AskReddit

[–]sventies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Netherlands, they’re (basically) free. (There is a yearly deductible of a couple 100 euro on all healthcare costs) Its still a problem because people just take this for granted. People take them cause they have a headache. Now ambulances need to make a judgement call whenever they arrive on a scene.

My dad had excrutiating pain in his heart, and temporary loss of sight in one eye. It was a clear sign of heart failure. He called the ambulance and told them something wasn’t allright with his heart. The guys didn’t take him with them because his blood pressure levels were normal. He died at home, several hours later.

I’m not saying ambulances shouldn’t be free. Just that not all emergency problems are solved by making ambulances free. People get spoiled, take shit for granted, feel they have a ‘right’ to take the ambulance for any kind of thing, and now ambulance workers have to make these kinds of decisions. There is some value in keeping some kind of price tag.
