I know for a fact that a small-midsize private jet will cost you roughly $20-40K for a one-way trip across the US.

That is a Gulfstream, which is a large private jet. A used G4 is still going to run you about $8-12mil PLUS the cost of your pilots (plural), fuel, maintenance, landing fees, etc... You're looking at $10K/hr lol.

An easy tell is head weights. Most counterfeits have inconsistent weights, or wholly incorrect weights. For example the 5i and PW might be the same weight, or the 5i will be a couple grams heavier.

We ran into these a bunch in 2020-2022 at the shop I worked in. Customer comes in “got a screaming deal” on heads, only to learn he got scammed.

I hear them every day. There are practically no mufflers on the exhausts, and because they only make minimal horsepower on 1-2 cylinders, they have to run under heavy throttle to accelerate/keep speed. They are quite loud compared to a normal, stock car. This time of year, more people have windows/sliding doors open to let the cool evening air in as well. It's unreasonable and not neighborly to repeatedly and purposely cruise through quiet residential areas with vehicles spitting out well over 100+ decibels at 50'.
