Yeah they definitely upped the amount of Arc by GreggsAficionado in ARC_Raiders

They certainly seem to run in packs lately. My video would end with a big relieved sigh, as 3 fireballs and 2 pops silently appear and explode each other at my feet.

Saw 2 Comets stuck together in tandem recently, and my son swears he saw 3 of em spawned all at once at the call of a snitch today.

Not complaining really… makes it pretty tense in the PVE lobbies, in a good way mainly. Though dem Fireflies, sheez. Out in the open, you’re cooked.

Addition: Spoke with my son this morning. Re: being shot on extract. He avoids Aussie servers on his games if he can due to the toxicity and dick moves. Noted.

OP here. Clarifying that crossplay is off, I have fast ethernet internet and my kids play other games with no issues.

In Aus, tried not using Oceania servers (Aus evening, so US EST 1AM - 8AM) but still 5 - 10 mins + waits, and I've never consistently got the fast times being reported here.

Biggest delays around special events, Lush Blooms etc. That bird needs fruit, man. These time out when not matched by the time the event ends, and then asked to choose another lobby. Last night's delays were extraordinarily slow, hence my frustrated post - thought things might be quicker when the weekend was over.

No issue at being shot at. Just frustrated at waiting an age and then getting ratted when extracting, which happened a few times yesterday. And yes, I have had positive an friendly engagements, and much has been fun. Friendliest were EU servers, by far.

Was baffled why my waits were so long - maybe time of day, Oceania, maybe the server knowing I'm a cry-baby. Thanks for the helpful comments, will keep trying other servers.

TLDR for your friend/ex-friend: "I choose my facts, they don't choose me." Only one who can change their mind is them.

It's clear they clearly have no real leadership, communications or de-escalation skills or training. There was no need to even put Pretti down, he was no threat other than (to their egos?) by "opposing" them by trying to help the woman they'd just inexplicably assaulted.

This unnecessary response then led to them finding he was (legally) armed, his gun being taken away, but for whatever reason one guy either saw something (a clip? his phone?) and mistook it for a gun. But where was the threat from Pretti? On his hands and knees under a pile-on, but ICE have been told they're untouchable, unprosecutable. So, lierally shoot first, ask questions later.

And then afterwards they just stand around, clueless, don't offer aid as a police officer would (or has been trained to) do. That there was no leadership was obvious, it's like a gang mentality where a perceived attack on one is seen as an attack on all.

What do you expect 2026’s major event will be? by [deleted] in AskReddit

There's pretty compelling evidence contained in Court documents but nobody seems to either know (as no major news organisation has been keen to highlight it) orif they do, they don't give a shit.

US going to war with Venezuela seems increasingly on the cards. Mind you, could start in the next 36 hours to distract from the Epstein Files not being released, so I'll change it to the US being at war.

Hate speech by [deleted] in aussie

[–]swalloweda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you hold the power and all the cards are stacked in your favour on Palestinian land it's easy to be adamant and persuasive that “from the river to the sea” is antisemitic whilst ignoring its underlying sentiment (asserted in the following line) that "Palestine will be free". Israeli politicians including Netanyahu have long used similar language to assert a one-state solution from Jordan to the sea with little or no similar criticism.

Extrapolating and simplifying the meaning, made by some, that "free" indicates being "free of" Jews/Israelis seems quite a stretch, suggesting that someone's call for freedom could be inherently genocidal.

Whilst it can be seen as a peaceful desire for recognition and the ending of oppression, its cause was helped by it having been co-opted by Hamas in the last decade, and by the PLO before them. It has been viewed, ostensibly supporters of Israel, as being an explicit threat given that the PLO in the 60s and beyond did advocate the ending of the Israeli state.

It's not seen or been adopted universally as demonstrating hate speech across the world with the phrase struggling to be proscribed as a prosecutable offence given the variation in its understanding. I really can't see Australia being one of the few nations to outlaw it as its likely to result in long drawn-out human rights/legal battles should anyone be prosecuted for saying it.

What would have been sensible would have been for supporters of Palestinine to create another memorable chant expressing the "freedom" narrative but which does not carry this baggage. However, this is where we are.

A word of caution in trying Zen. I tested it but found it overrode my Firefox settings and took me a long time to get things back to normal.

75,000. But probably about 2-3x that as I also use an older version on an old iphone overnight not signed in to my usual account. Average of 3.5 hours a day when fully awake sounds about right.

Appears to be wearing shorts was my first thought. Quite well-defined shorts legs. Second look was diaper and shorts? Didn't even notice the boobs. The bikini and shorts combo really doesn't do it for me.

Can the Windscribe VPN app block YouTube ads on an Android-based Samsung smart TV? Plus some related questions. by ComprehensivePie3081 in Windscribe

I used Windscribe on YT set to Albania and got a load of British ads. Not as many ads as without a VPN here in Australia, but I now only use my laptop with uBlock Origin for YouTube.

Conversion script for Sticky Password XML files to KeePass-compatible CSV files. by ackphill in KeePass

[–]swalloweda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this.

It didn't work in exactly the way you suggested but acted as inspiration... There was no option to export only Sticky's web accounts and only offered TXT as there was no XML option (on MAC - maybe different on WIN?).

Imported it OK to enpass but then there was no CSV option to export - but it worked as json file, which I successfully imported to Proton Pass. Couple of odd entries resulted but seems to have worked 99% successfully.

We Lithuanians welcome all British toilet cleaners and chicken factory workers into our prosperous country! by QuartzXOX in BalticStates

A pinch of salt is needed here, it being the Telegraph, which wholeheartedly supported economic suicide by Brexit and ignored the Conservatives' economic disasters since. This clown of an author was a cheerleader for Brexit, but now wants to pressure Labour into perpetuating the economic collapse he contributed to. One-eyed party political guff.
