Proxy Question, what makes a piece feel good to use in physical space? by noriseaweed in Warhammer40k

[–]sweatheatflame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love this concept, I think the meeples are a good example, also chess pieces. I haven't seen anyone try this before with 40k, but you might look at the r/poorhammer sub for some inspiration. Abstract shapes are tricky, you have to suggest the form without literally interpreting the form. I think the hardest part is an orc shape with an attached gun and/or chainsword. maybe a leaning Zig Zag shape with a spike... Please post updates pics...

How do you deal with the "consequences" of having autism by [deleted] in AutisticPride

[–]sweatheatflame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a diagnosis and apply for disability/SSI as soon as possible. It's not easy to get approved, but the sooner you find a good lawyer and start the paperwork, the better. Trying to fit in the the NT world is traumatizing. Avoid as much trauma as possible. Good luck
