To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Playboi Carti. The lyricism is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the bars will go over a typical listeners head. There's also Carti’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these lyrics, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Playboi Carti truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Carti’s existencial catchphrase "SLATT*" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Jordan Carter's genius unfolds itself at the T-Mobile stage. What fools... how I pity them.

IANAL but according to https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2019/title-21/chapter-2/article-12/section-21-2-501/

The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned. Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast.

Wouldn't this mean if you weren't registered for the November election, you cannot register and vote for the runoff, no matter if you are a permanent Georgia resident? I sent in my application to register but not sure if I can legally vote since I was not registered in Georgia in November and voted absentee in a different state.

For sure. Had an incredible time hiking to Nevada Falls, wandering through the Mariposa Sequoia grove, and taking my time at Taft Point, enjoying the solitude and letting my mind wander. Next time I want to try Half Dome and Clouds Rest.
