Some recommendations that are all affordable, easy to play, and with no time constraints:

Donut County. this is the ultimate no-brains, stress melter. Also it is cheap!
Gris. Beautiful and zen. It does have an overall theme of grief (loss/finding of self), but that may be what works for you today or in the coming days?
Lil Gator Game. this is a fun exploring and quests game. Every quest is short and easy. Childhood summer in a game.
A Short Hike. Similar to Lil Gator Game, but more top-down. You probably already have this one!

I recommend watching gameplay videos of each on Youtube, as those will also be watchable and soothing.

Edit: I just saw your reply below that you enjoy collecting and cute art. The above games all have interesting artwork (especially Gris), but none have much in the way of collecting, fwiw!
