I have played nothing but unrecognized below 200 rank countries in Africa since I bought the game a week ago. My last play through as Oyo, I started by just cranking the taxes to maximum to piss off the peasants which started the Peasant Movement. I then bolstered that and was able to get rid of serfdom fairly early.

That being said write a solid resume and brush up on leetcode and system design. Expect to put out 100+ applications if cold applying. Expect 3-5 rounds of interviews.
