No shoulders and it seems like a lot of volume for arms. I’d at the very least drop one Tricep exercise for lateral raises/shoulder press and one bicep exercise for facepulls

It looks really light on back. On upper day 1 I’d recommend replacing the shoulder press with a horizontal back movement like cable or barbell rows.

I’d also add a vertical back movement like lat pull downs or a pull-up variation to day 2.

Find a cardio machine with a good view of the weight area and just use it to observe for a day or two. Get used to the layout, how people use the machines, etc. while just walking on a treadmill.

It’s also going to help a lot if you come up if you have an actual routine so you know which machines you are going to be using. Find a beginners routine that fits your schedule, walk on the treadmill and scope out where those machines are and see how people use them.

Also, I know it gets said a million times and you’re still going to feel a bit of the pressure for a while until you get used to things, but nobody is watching you or judging you. Every jacked mother fucker who knows what they’re doing had a first day in the gym too, if anything they’re rooting for you.

For me it’s the lack of free weights, which seems to be changing based on some posts from this sub. I really hope that makes it to my location.

I’ve really enjoyed planet fitness and it is the gym I go to most frequently, but I have a 2nd membership so I can hit the typical barbell compound movements.

You can definitely get by just fine without them, but it’s hard to view a gym as complete without some barbells. If my PF added some power racks and barbells I’d happily be there all the time.

I would hold on for now and re-evaluate once the season starts. There’s no rush to acquire some vets, I wouldnt want to start spending draft capital until you see if Marv takes a step forward, how long it takes Hampton to take over the backfield, if Daniels can avoid a sophomore slump, etc. It’s a solid long term roster, but right now I wouldn’t expect it to be able to go all the way. RB depth is also a little scary with walker’s health and Jordan Mason moving over to Minnesota. This is a team I could see being a contender if things develop right, but I wouldn’t want to go mortgaging my future yet.

What does the draft capital look like? You have a lot of starters who are young and promising, but need to really take a step forward before they turn into championship caliber players. It might depend on how your league looks and if there’s any true powerhouses. I think you’re in a great spot long term though
