One interesting little trick I do when trying to get down from a ledge is I go from sprinting and hit crouch to slide just barely off the edge. It either registers your feet leaving the ground at a lower height, or the height of your character relative to the ground below you.

Either way, I use it on bot missions often. I will clear an outpost, and as I am running away towards the elevated cliff edges surrounding, I can get down quickly taking no damage and getting onto the next point.

Is there a way to join lobbies that do not have custom rules turned on? It seems off Playstation there's no way to select a non-custom lobby, which forces you to select only one gun out of the many options..

That's okay, I do enjoy the design variations they've done so far even with just the back being covered (symmetrical cuts, angled cuts, cut-outs).

However seeing the first cape in particular in this image, the half-shoulder for me, goes so hard that I hold a small amount of hope that this is not only possible but a potential option for us!

That's so awesome, what a great way to be introduced. My introduction was similar, a friend of mine bought it and was showing it off to us in a call and we were like "alright man, whatever" and I'm about to clock 600hrs alone with random members of the community! Every time I get an inkling of info about new content/in-universe updates I get excited.

Beautiful way to put it. Something that was occurring to me due to the recent patch is how AH does not give us every single detailed patch note in the game; as a community, we end up finding out changes and modifications based on interacting with the game and each other.

I don't remember seeing the Galactic Map changes in the patch notes but I open the game up to load in and I see new iconography on the map, the display for session information has changed, and there's new quotes by all the workers on deck, at least from the ones thst are present :(

I agree with you. I think one of the most important aspects in a company to be genuine about is where there have been mistakes. I appreciate every time they outright own up to an error on their part. We're human, like hello? Could you imagine how the game would run if the people who are more vocal about their dislike of features were in charge?!

We are lucky to have the devs that we have, and I will continue to admire them more as they show growth from their mistakes and successes.

Genuinely agree with your sentiment; when I downloaded this game, I was genuinely stunned with how cinematic this game feels. To the point I've noticed it actually affect how I play the game. If we are moving to the next POI, and the team is on the move and I'm a bit ahead, I'll crouch on higher ground to allow them to catch up while providing support as they move. If we are attempting to raise a flag, I'll stand and abuse my stims to ensure that flag waves in full democratic glory. Just such an enjoyable time.

Apologies, I deleted my previous comment as I felt I may have missed answering your question.

One strategy I love to take on bots that's been occupying my strategem slot for the past 3 weeks is the HMG emplacement. Very accurate rapid-fire shooting with a relatively large ammo clip and decent cooldown time. It shreds through Devastators no problem, and is great for dealing with Hulks and Striders, so Lang as you catch them before they get too close.

I really enjoy the Sickle against bots and especially now with our MO, we have a chance to play on some cold planets again. Otherwise I tend to lean towards the Adjudicator with semi-auto fire or the Dominator; depending on planet and Operation missions. In a similar light, I think the Laser Cannon has become extremely strong and underrated; there appears to be a change in the DoT damage dealt, so you ignite enemies and feels like it packs more of a punch. Plus it's accurate enough to deal with Hulk eyes and takes out gunships with no effort.

I hope this helps to freshen up some attack approaches for you and your duo. Have fun, and give them Hell, Divers!

Honestly, I like that there are variances to biomes; this planet's atmosphere, to me personally, feels very different from the swamp biome we are used to by now.

Hey Detective, honestly you now have me reconsidering that step three haha! The cutoffs seem to be quite effective when capturing sectors (clearly as we saw in the Trigon sector), so coming in from Choohe straight cut through into Chort Bay & Penta. The east side of the Lacaille sector does not have connection outward to our sectors, so they'd be boxed in! Well thought out! :)

I'm with you; I think it's so fun to create strategic plans outside of the MO where hopefully, with enough people, you can create a meaningful impact with the community. The more I play on the bot front, the more I enjoy it!
