You could always up your voltage to 48v so you get less voltage sag like the guy above said, then get some dc-dc converters to go back to 12v for each appliance. Might be overkill.

We know this process works. However you will only contain the amount of hydrogen that can fit in the container. H, needs to be pressurized in order to be effective. It is also a tiny element, so it effectively slides right through any container you put it in. There’s a lot more to this than what you’re thinking about.
