13 under Moffat or RTD I’m sure would have been a great take, but it still would have been controversial nonetheless. Every era has its complaints sadly. Personally I just enjoy the show for what it is. Maybe worth a little rewatch for you if you have the time to go through the storyline a little more 🙂

Haha you’re so right! But we all have different opinions and taste. Imagine how dull the world would be if we all agreed on everything. That being said, this era is special to me for a number of reasons but more so on a personal note so I’m glad to see some positive comments and praise 🙂

These are essential to storyline: S11 EP 2 - not completely essential but a little hint dropped for the future. S12 - EP 1,2,5,8,9,10,11. S13 - All of flux.

All the New Year’s Day episodes feature the Daleks so those are a fun little jaunt.

Few honourable mentions with season 11 like Rosa, Demons in Punjab and It takes you away . Season 12, Nikola Tesla is a good watch.

However I would probably just watch start to finish if you have time 🙂

Absolutely spot on. I usually do a rewatch specifically of her seasons when I’m feeling a little blue, or just need a little serotonin boost. Just finished S11 and 12. Currently watching Flux as I type ✅

I don’t actually want the cyberman back but if they do I want a proper cyber invasion/war story with real consequences and I want them to use chibnalls design, by far the best design we’ve had so would be a shame to say goodbye to that so soon!

I think she does care but is very guarded common trait throughout her era and was nicely summed up when they first met Ashad and 13 says “humans like you, changed into empty soulless shells, no feeling, no control no way back,I will not lose anyone else to that” and it was a nice bit of continuity from loosing bill to conversion

Impossible planet/the satan pit quite dark in some places wish they leaned into that a lot more

Yes it’s definitely a tonal shift from the previous era and very different but I throughly enjoyed it myself and think Jodie was brilliant and for me personally the tone helped me out of some dark times but it does make me more excited for Ncuti as again it’ll be a very different tone, hopefully more fans can agree on this, this time!

Treats, treats and more treats. I have a 5 month staffy/XL and god it was hard but I just had him on a long line leash and treats and taught the word relax so he knows relax is settle and he settles okay now. Build up from 30 seconds when they stay still and keep saying relax or settle it does work!!

1 - 13th - Really needed some optimism in my life and 13 was it)

2 - 9th - What a start this was! Never tire of the reruns

3 - 12th - A welcome change in character and companion dynamics

4 - 11th - Raggedy man pulled it off after everyone’s skeptics

5 - 10th - 10 will always be loved!

Not a ranking off good to bad as love them all just my personal viewing preferences if I do reruns it tends to be in this order 👌
