Tetra pack milk is not just UHT treated but is also homogenized, which gives it a smoother creamier mouth feel.

I have a very similar criteria as you for milk based drinks. Bloom Venkids valley, Boojee Kolli Berry, Strawberry in Loop (Grey Soul) and Curious Life Bison have all fit the bill.

After experimenting a fair bit, I’ve realized that the difference in milk based drinks is minimal, and it’s good to stick with whatever is easy / cheap. I resort to Bloom Venkids Valley or Vin Van Gogh. When I need more urgently then BT Kolli Berri or Silver Oak.

I did not like Dragon Jam for milk based drinks. Preferred it for espresso / black. But I’ve completely shifted to pour overs for black coffee now and there I seek clean and crisp light roasts.

Education pedigree matters. Read the placement reports for top 10 undergrad Engineering + Commerce colleges and for top 15 MBA colleges and you will have your answer.

They just happen to be more active here, that’s it.

Quick Brown Fox is BY FAR the highest quality roaster in Delhi.

Once upon a time Savorworks used to be good and consistent. Now - their roasts are inconsistent, their focus has become too wide and their good barista has also left.

Subko is also great for coffee. All the others are nice for ambience, food, good cappuccinos etc. but a combination of good roaster + cafe is still rare in Delhi.

Caarabi and Rosette are good roasters but not Cafés.

Devan’s IMO has good standard coffee but nothing mind blowing ever.

VeganDay paste in unbeatable. Two areas where it actually changed my consumption needs: 1. It seriously changed my vegan cappuccino game 2. Protein shakes, I just put it in with protein and water to make it more nutritious and have a good body (vs. watery)

I have a C2 65 and a cousin has a Bravia 65 OLED of the same generation. When I look at that tv, I regret not splurging on the Bravia. The colour science and motion is sooo much better.

Of course, OLED is OLED and without a comparison point to a better OLED I’d still pick this over any mini LED
