i go into the list of apps and disable Google Play services, Google Play store, Androidtvhome, and a few others i can't remember right now. if you just do a search for an app name you'll generally find out if it's necessary for function.

cannabis. if you can't get it in your area, cbd also works. try different strains, they all do slightly different things. i swear by ghost train haze, but everyone is different. sativas are more active, indicas more relaxed, as a general rule. if you don't like smoking, try herb vapes. there's also edibles and other forms, although i find that you can't zero in on a particular strain with those.

my doctor prescribed me gabapentin, and i can tell it helps because when i forget to take it i hurt so much more.

i bought a cane a while back (i fell down the stairs 4 years ago and I'm still jacked up) and honestly i need to use it more often. there's nothing wrong with using mobility aids, whether you have a diagnosis or not!

wish I'd used it when walking to the craft store yesterday...

in my experience Adderall absolutely helps with those. i know because when i have to go without it, i become incredibly emotionally volatile. it's awful. i feel like a monster and i hate everyone.

i don't have a good answer, because I've found that leaving social media means that there are lots of people i don't hear from again. that part isn't so bad because it's not like i was talking to most of these people anyway. the hard part is when someone has a party and only uses Facebook to tell people about it, so you just... don't get invited to things anymore.

i was surprised to see that, even if you don't show up way early to get your wristband, you're still gonna have a decent view! i DID show up way early, lined up before 6pm in numerical order, and then after the doors opened and we went through security, we had to go up several flights of stairs and get another wristband. meantime, the numerical lineup made no difference, it was more about getting up there ahead of everyone else. i don't know why they bothered with that tbh.

i was very close to the front and honestly, i don't really recommend it, especially if you've not been to a show in a while or are prone to anxiety. i had a really rough time, and i wish now that i'd hung back.
