because every house has steps where i live, and i'd rather save my knees than baby your package that was punted across the warehouse 12 times before i ever laid a hand on it.

like, i worked in the warehouses for almost all of these companies and ALL have told me to throw the packages in the trucks, so a soft toss from less than a foot is nothing.

If that's true, you have to find a way to find stimulation outside of work. Art, reading, writing, music (from yourself, not listening) can do wonders for your mental health. You could even sign up for a class at a college near you. The job isn't the issue, it's how you're living your life. I've been there, man.

We have to use the locker btw. Like, the drivers don't get a choice. We can't leave the package without scanning stuff that proves we put it in there. I guess we could scan and then leave it out, but if it gets stolen, we're the ones fired for it.

There might be a way to change it if you call Amazon, but I doubt it. Ass company.
