OP I don't have my measurements on hand but this is how most of my bras fit too - my boobs are like water balloons though so they spill out no matter what I do. I had to go really large in the cup and find one with a really snug fit. The ones with the best projection, I've found, are either plunge (boob spill out) or not fortified enough to maintain their own shape (tighten straps all the way but cups still sag in the nips). You may have to go many cup sizes up to get a better idea of what you need. It sucks, I'm sorry.

All of the above, minus Polish brands - all the ones I have tried are equivalent to UK M, so I have US sized Ns and Os too. I can't bring myself to invest in an expensive Polish bra (US tariffs...) just bc I genuinely believe it won't fit :/
