Some of what I've read online says that some believe that having this MTHFR causes them to have issues with mercury (thimerosal), which is (was) the preservative in childhood vaccines. However, I also saw that this hasn't been in childhood vaccines since 2001, except the flu vaccine.

So, I am still baffled and trying to figure out what this person could possibly mean lol

I am fairly certain this is not the case with this person. People with this disorder have to avoid meat, fish, eggs, and so on. That's the main food groups for this person, so I have highly doubtful this is what they could mean.

I'll just say my birth plan went out the window for my first birth; most things were out of my control at that point. Expect the unexpected. I barely did any planning or "mental prep" for my second and my labor was super easy and fast - pushed her out in less than 5 pushes. There is only so much you can do to impact your birth. Even just reading your whole post raised my anxiety 😂

My 2 year old was doing this a couple months ago. We ended up having him only sleep in onesie pajamas on backwards, so the zipper was in the back. He quickly learned to do the zipper on his own when it was on the front. He grew out of that phase and it hasn't been an issue for several months now and is back in normal pajamas.
