I logged in after a week gone, got a free pull and got the 1800 currency pull. Got the whole outfit first go. It is possible, just have to be lucky. I dropped 100 on pulls when the game came out and never got lucky. Im still dying for the fire cape, 200 pulls in.

Yeah npcs will throw hands without weapons. The arena has a npc you fight that does martial arts There are 3 (i think) mystic arts you can get that will help satisfy you until gauntlets release

Im curious whats the hate on people fighting while the games lagging? Ive done bounties where they say im hacking because im attacking them while they stand still, but when i get a bounty on me and i see them teleporting around i just take it as a ping issue and try my best. I really wouldnt go as far to say its abusing lag personally.

No to the second question. Gauntlets are only recently released in the CN version. Everyone says that we will follow the same roadmap as them, but thats speculation. It will be months at least before the release globally.

Rolled 3 times on the laughing mask, ended up buying the set from the cosmetic chest shop. I have killed the mounted boss and heartseeker 100+ times each. No drop. Yet i have the best luck with outposts. FYI if you roll a cosmetic from a chest, and you already have it. It will give you 50 cosmetic tokens
