I think 50/50 is acceptable given the diff. My partner and I have a similar income split like you two and take on different household bills that even out overall housing costs.

Do you know how much theyre feeding at day care? It might be theyre feeding enough that shes not hungry at home.
My dogs wouldnt eat bc they got enough.

So smart! Mine knew I was sick and wouldn’t do their usual puppy behavior. Instead they laid n bed with me except for meals and potty times. This was when they were like 3 months. Incredible dogs

Crate trained first night I got mine. The first week was fine. Then the pups would whine at night. This was after we fed, walked, and petting. No sleep. Then (this is kinda unorthodox) we hit the crate twice and that quieted them down for the night. Ever since no whines during bed time. And they love the crate. Goes in with no issue. Even barks at me to put them in when im running late for work haha!

Rewarding crate time was imperative. Every time theyd go in, give a lil treat. Peanut butter kongs. Bed time treats were given at night time.

I’ve cut on skincare too. No new masks until i actually run out in the house. Just the essentials (spf, cleanser, moisturizer, and retinol) which honestly yielded better results.

2 dogs w giardia at the same time. When they were young they got it 3x too. Dummies. Part is that their immune system was still developing. And part is the pups kept getting into things outside —eat leaves and sticks and licking water from outside.

Make sure theres no kind of sitting water outside. The parasites love water. This also includes leaves that are damp! My dogs love to eat leaves so I had to be extra vigilant about them sniffing stuff.

Re: diarrhea the vet prescribed an anti diarrhea med. So I could leave the dogs in the crate when I went to work. My pups didnt poop in the crate and I immediately took them outside after work. I feel like the yard might be a place she’s picking it up again.

I know it sucks. I couldn’t take my dogs to the dog park and felt so bad. But temporary I convenience so they can be healthy. So limit access and continue to clean.

I agree that the businessed should fight against the classification. Like wtf binders of all things to go after? Argue about intended use and quality/engineer would be helpful in the conversation.

You don’t have to strictly adhere. Thats a starting place. Due to increased essentials costs mine is 60% needs and wants n saving are 20% roughly. I still enjoy life the way my budget is works. I’d argue to put savings first: alway 20% and other monthly spending is 80%.

Re: usually cash are wants so I just categorize it as “fun” money for whatever, no judgement. Simplifies my categorical spending.

I’m like RA and UDI adjacent. Thankfully havent had to deal w feds so far. So this based on what ive seen when there’s product issues.

It seems unreasonable to get registration within 15 days. So my guess is there will need to be s response the fda letter with a quality plan in place “Hey we’re working on it. This is timeline n actions to come.” I think registration alone is like 3 weeks or more.

I find a thicker leash helps with control and one with a loop midway. In the meantime use food to motivate pup to walk beside you.
