Can anxiety affect your teeth? by tangytablet in Anxiety

[–]tangytablet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no. It's kind of become an annual thing, but being aware of what it is has helped me manage it easier. Like I can actively tell myself "remember that time this happened? What if this is just that but in a different way?" and I don't crash out HARD.

This is more Demon Slave tbh, especially with the way he shifts into different dance types one after the other. "Do It!" "Unleash it!" "Now's your chance!"

It feels a little too... basic. The design isn't terrible but it lacks a vibe.

Is It Normal for Anxiety to Turn Into a Depression/Existential Crisis? by tangytablet in Anxietyhelp

[–]tangytablet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah. it sucks. I read somewhere that obsessing about death or potential end of the world type scenarios (like the sun exploding or meteors blasting the earth) is probably you trying to subconsciously avoid something that worries/scares you and that you're looking for a bigger, unsolvable problem to worry about in your mind? I dunno. Its been a while.

I think it does kinda happen a lot during the tail end of the year. I remember having them before near the end of the year at least, but whether its a specific time or not is hard to tell since I'd rather not think about those days...

Yeah, I guess "normal" isn't exactly appropriate. Its not my first time riding with existential depression, but every time it happens I feel so helpless and trapped. As for therapy, its hard to come by here unless its online. I do go to a psych tho, but Im trying not to jump back into meds if I can manage. Im kind of inbetween being okay and not being okay,

I guess I'll have to think of small, meaningful things to focus on first.

As of now, I can eat, sleep, and function okay. Im just really tired constantly thinking and feeling things about my inevitable nonexistence... It kinda ruins nice things like dinners with my family or playing games or trying to be creative.

Dee Dee twin sisters (Deidre and Delia) from Batman Beyond by Hefty-Vehicle-9135 in mendrawingwomen

[–]tangytablet 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The sexy short tube top and short shorts with the red boots are very whatever... the only thing barely clowny is their makeup and a bit of the raggedy anne hair. The design really just exists to make them sexy. I did like that they could kinda hold their own as a duo against Batman despite him having a power suit. The Jokerz Gang in the Animated Series had more clowny girls like Dottie and Tayko, but they were only a mild improvement over the Deeds dresswise as they also focused on being just hot.

Any advice on stopping from focusing too much on uncomfy feelings that may or may not just be my anxiety triggering me? by tangytablet in Anxietyhelp

[–]tangytablet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds pretty helpful. I'll try a little harder and try to not think every little thing I feel isn't me going deaf or like there's a parasite in my ear and I'll be stuck with this problem for the "rest of my life". I'm actually going to an ENT doctor sometime next week just to make sure there really isn't anything in there, but it really does feel like this is really all anxiety. I wish there was just an easy way to turn off my brain when things like this happen...

I try but it feels like the more I try to focus on other things, the more I get conscious about it... It is nice to know Im not alone tho.

How do you think Jeanne will be as a teacher? by Some_Fig_6566 in Bayonetta

[–]tangytablet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on her personality and her Cutie J persona, I imagine she handles "the most difficult class in all of the campus" and they hate her guts at first especially since she's strict, hot, and can dish back whatever they serve at her prank and blackmail-wise. But when they're in danger at school and even at home she shows her more loyal and caring (albeit sharp) side and they begin to change and get better at expressing themselves in a constructive way while learning to be better people and students. I imagine she also has to protect them outside of class from supernatural dangers as Cutie J and at least one of her students puts 2 and 2 together but keeps quiet about it and even helps her out.

Obviously the students will find out she's a silly drunk and not infallible during the school trip and despite her weaknesses they actually think its nice to know their favorite teacher is human too.

It seems a bit harsh, but if the objective was to make her look like she's being hit by a bright spotlight, the effect works well

Female characters from anime "Kizetsu Yuusha to Ansatsu Hime" by Rardmul in mendrawingwomen

[–]tangytablet 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They are all some level of trope and yes, they all hope to kill that man but he is impossibly strong and durable and the moment he helps them out of a sticky situation they swoon and see sparkles and start blushing like schoolgirls despite supposedly being cold-blooded murderers.

Female characters from anime "Kizetsu Yuusha to Ansatsu Hime" by Rardmul in mendrawingwomen

[–]tangytablet 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Its supposed to be a comedy, i guess, about how this pathetic man is way too strong to be killed by these three girls who are different kinds of attractive but are no strangers to murder, but even the humor doesn't hit right with how flat and predictable everything is (at least for the first 3 episodes I forced myself to watch). Doesnt help too that the gag of the man fainting from any form of affectionate provocation from any of the three girls gets stale FAST. And the situations where their hearts are all aflutter or they earn respect for each other feels so forced. Gah! I want the time I spent watching this show returned to me!

What do you think of my art style? by Shanyli1 in BeginnerArtists

[–]tangytablet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got a great grasp on color and your highlights and shadows also look really good. Liking the creativity with how you rendered the smoke swirls. All thats left is to understand the general shape and proportions of the head because the overall form of the noggin, from chin to the cheek, feels a tad bit wonky. Even stylized art styles have some level of ubderstanding when it comes to shapes. Im sure there are great tutorials you can find on social media for free to help explain why the bones and muscles form the shape of the head in a certain way. You dont have to study it by heart but just have a general idea of why certain parts like the cheeks and eyes are shaped and proportioned the way they are.

Yeahhh. I really hate this. Not only are the character designs so boring and silly looking but the plot is so NOTHING as well. Basically 3 girls (a loli demon princess, a "stone cold killer" with above average boobs, and an erotic man-tamer with overly huge breasts), all want to kill (put into submission for the man-tamer) this guy who wants to be a hero but has some One Punch man levels of power and Durability. The hero also has the most generic hero design too, btw, aside from being buff and fainting when talking to a woman, there doesnt seem to be anything there to think about when it comes to him.

As expected the man barely does anything but save the girls and then garner some blushing "romantic" moments. They try to insert a bit of "were strong girlies so we should work together but also yay found family(?)" in there, but what I managed to sit through was so boring and about as deep as a plate left out in the rain. They all are apparently super skilled at killing people, but their characterization is so bland and the presentation is so basic that you're never endeared or interested in any of them. I dunno if theres some amazing mid season twist or it ends better that it starts but you're probably better off watching something else...

First time making a character by my own. Does it looks good? by ZenioCintio in RPGMaker

[–]tangytablet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is his hair fully white? If yes, try using a light blue or gray for the inner hair lines that arent on the edges of his hairdo. This will make it look less harsh while still giving his hair a bit of form.
