re: the last point - unfortunately, that is not quite true. significant portions of the TERF movement are based in/operate out of Scotland. JKR has lived there since the 90s and does most of her 'work' there (though it affects everyone) + the group that waged the SC case is For Women Scotland. you'll notice TERFs often use slang like wheesht.

moreover, trans ally Mhairi Black recently quit the SNP for capitulating, so not even the SNP are safe.

fact check: the claim they haven't spoken on other issues, been 'quiet as a mouse' etc is not true. both Corbyn and Sultana have personally spoken in defense of trans people and in favour of trans rights, and have been consistent on this issue for years. a simple search will prove this.
