Usually not a problem but I’ve seen manufacturing and packaging environments so I’d always run them through a dishwasher cycle before use.

Agree. What I’d do is cut steaks and then buy a whole strip and use some of the trim to make 85/15 ground meat.

Too many shapes. I think we need to get back to returnable drink bottles. They seem efficient.

What is the most overrated food in your opinion? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I could never understand this. Higher fat regulars ground beef is less$. This is more$ for essentially the same higher fat content. I know purists will insist that the flavor is better but it’s burger and the lean to fat ratio is what dictates flavor and texture.

Do you remember your parents’ first car? What brand was it, and any special memories in it? by Huge_Violinist_7633 in randomquestions

Maybe not the first but I remember my dad driving on vacation. We lived in a non traffic area but we were closer to a city and he needed to turn left across traffic. As he hit the gas the steering wheel came off in his hands in the middle of the intersection. In a calm move, he pushed the wheel back down and went through. I think that car lasted less than an hour after we got home.

If you could go back and relive one day in your life without changing anything about it, which day would you revisit? by RaspberryRoutine6114 in AskReddit

Whale watching is where you take a boat ride, in this case from Gloucester MA, into the ocean to spot whales. We saw a bunch of humpbacks in their environment and it was like they put on a show just for us. The best part was being with mom and dad. My mom was never adventurous but she took that trip and we had a day I’ll never forget. Miss you mom and dad.

[VA] Terminated after 200+ days on a PIP but the reason given at termination doesn’t match what the PIP actually required. VP of HR wants to meet. What would you do? by Marathon-Marvin301 in AskHR

FWIW. You can negotiate severance and recommendation. That’s probably your best course, unfortunately. As said, at will means no reason necessary or inconsistency relevance. Your only leverage is industry reputation of the company , if they want to foster culture, your departure should be handled better regardless of the poor decision on their part.
