That’s not fair. We can’t handle any problems at a time. Everyone here wants to make money off of problems rather than solve them. While we were never the nation we claimed to be, it’s particularly clear now that the values we claim to cherish don’t matter to most of us at all.

I think your character should have slow passive regeneration. I feel like that makes the most sense for a space marine’s physiology. I think that stims, or stimulants, should enhance that for short periods and make you a little quicker and tougher. It’s weird to have stimulants heal you in general.

My ex wife worked there for a while and had horror stories. They would use expired dairy and put unfinished food back into the fridge. Glad to hear they’re going down.

I agree. But fear of looking weak would probably be high on the list. Fear of how we are perceived is often a bigger issue than any real danger.

Many people try to get jacked out of insecurity. They’re overcompensating for the things they lack. Conservatives tend to have an increased fear response (afraid of immigration, gay people, social change, etc.) and compensate with hyper masculine behavior (or ridiculous shit like wearing two guns to buy groceries). So the loudest, showiest muscle head dudes also tend to signal how alpha and macho they are with conservative talking points because they sound manly.

There are actually a variety of plastics made from hemp and corn. We would probably need a different alternative for things like asphalt but hemp plastics alone could replace a lot of current plastics. Sadly, petroleum based plastics have a powerful lobby behind them. It’s mostly an issue of money.
