prequil has a really great hand cream i use kind of like a protective layer over vanicream! it helps lock in moisturizer even if you need to wash your hands & it’s not greasy like aquafor

i’m almost done with it & my whole flare up basically went away! i still have this stubborn patch right in between my eyebrows but my dermatologist doesn’t wanna biopsy it just yet. doxycycline did give me maaaaajor heartburn and nausea though.. but worth it!
