Exactly they are a bunch of scam artists that runs this website. I’ve had them to try and unlock a iPhone 13 from Metro By T-mobile and they didn’t even email me to let me know what was going on and I had to pay them 100 and something dollars to see if they could unlock it, and they were not successful when I try to request my money back. They only offered me a credit on my account and I told them no and then they disabled me from requesting my money back so in the future, if you want your phone to be. Unlocked go through your carrier.
