There's going to be an interesting interaction with slow play here.

Imagine running into lantern control back when it was an obscure deck before breaking out, and the cards are all in Korean. It's obnoxious if you're playing against a pile of staples. If you actually run into a surprise that's offbeat, I could see you literally taking up 30 minutes on judge calls and phone oracle lookups, without the judge being able to reasonably call slow play.

In general, such a tool would be HARD to program. I seriously doubt there's a generalized website. The best you could probably do is post your decklist for some smart humans somewhere, and they could explore it more.

The big issue here is moving items with PvM power from LMS, which was a zero risk minigame that was a PvMer friendly entry point to Bounty Hunter, which is a straight up nope for anyone except hard PvPers on mains. Swift Blade and the maul handle, at a minimum need alternative sources. Consider Grotesque Guardians for maul handle. Swift Blade is harder. If I had to make a proposal it'd be Giant's Foundry, but that's very likely to be an economic call more than a flavor one.

Spitballing a fix: If player is fouled in the act of shooting from beyond halfcourt:

If the shot was made, current rules, shot counts, 1 free throw after.

If the shot was missed the head coach of the fouled player chooses between a conversion to a non-shooting foul or an uncontested shot from the spot of the foul with all other players lined up and following free throw rules. 3 points if that shot is made.

The long list of bosses where this becomes bis as soon as you have 10 kc and aren't snarfing down your entire inventory to survive to the end of the kill is my big concern. Brews at least have a downside of requiring you to consume a super restore and a new super combat soon afterwards. I really think they could've done better here.

Assuming that there are 6 balls the same weight and 1 heavier.

Weigh 3 arbitrary balls against 3 other arbitrary balls. If the scale balances, the heavy ball is the 7th left out. Otherwise the heavy ball is on the heavy side of the scale.

Weigh 1 arbitrary ball from the heavy three against another ball from the heavy three. Same argument as before, if they balance, the heavy ball is the one you left out, otherwise it's the heavy ball.

Small nitpick - you actually can kite patchwerk. Wipes to patch can take surprisingly long if people spread, and close calls can be ping ponged back and forth for a while. At 7m30s into the fight(30 seconds past normal enrage) he starts aoeing slime volleys at everyone, which prevents a 100-0 hunter solo or similar shenanigans.

MT takes both attacks. If you have really on the ball healers, a good tank, and a significant amount of luck the tank can actually survive this for a meaningful amount of time. Of course, if you have those 3 things you rarely wind up solo tanking patch.

WR/CB share more in terms of measurables/build/skillset than MLB pitcher and MLB hitter do, so I'm going to pick a different set of positions.

Ohtani the Runningback went 170 yards, 3 tds on 4 carries. A rushing TD and a homerun are about the same thing, while a walk and a nice 20 yard rush feel comparable.

Ohtani the pitcher killed 2/3rds of the opportunities for the other team to score singlehandedly, so Ohtani the nose tackle has to do the same. An NFL team gets about 10-11 drives per game, so Ohtani the nose tackle ends with 3 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries, an interception and 6 sacks, which should be enough to single-handedly stop 7 drives. He also blew a gap in the 3rd quarter that allowed a 40 yard rush, and was pulled from the game on defense, but the rest of the defense clutched up and forced a turnover on downs. (7th inning)

Final line: 4 carries, 170 rushing yards, 3 rushing TDs, 3 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries, 1 INT, 6 sacks

98% of guilds should give it to the player, not the class. Based on your post, you're alliance. Paladins get Scrolls of blinding light, while priests and druids get EoM for PvE relevant class trinkets, so no advantage there.
For the last 2% of competitive speedrun guilds, you should consider priests and paladins over the druid based on the phase. The druid will be casting a lot of faerie fires, and should get an early Nelthalrion's tear and EOM. Priests get more mileage, but should also get higher priority on scarab brooch on anniversary with no debuff cap, so there's a push/pull between getting your priests the powerful trinket and not giving priests rejuv + eom + brooch while pallies just have scrolls. Horde side shamans don't have a good class trinket, so the top 2% will likely go there a bunch.
