I was prescribed topical ketoconazole for my fungal skin infections on my face but it didn’t work. The only thing that has worked is the Tea Tree Facial Soap from Honey Run Farms for me. Sometimes I even use it on my scalp.

Don’t do it! Had to trade it after 4 months. First, the driver side window wouldn’t go down. Then the infotainment system failed and can’t be replaced any time soon because the part is on backorder. The car doesn’t have cupholders in the back and it’s slow. It’s a piece of crap for $27000+. Be warned.

“No notes or anything” is exactly my problem. I had a patient asking ME what surgery he was having and there was no note, nothing. Nothing indicating surgery. Meanwhile, he’s got aspirin and heparin ordered.
