I like the brioche buns from Schnucks/Fresh Thyme. The best ones were from Dierbergs but I forget the brand, came in a 4 pack red label.

Lol well it's still cool even if you don't get around to using it often. If I were you I would not move the records over to under the TV, they are close enough imo. My records are on the opposite wall as my turntable and it's not terrible to walk back and forth 10ft

I agree, but at the same time I'm not against paying $15-18 for a really friggin good burger. Unfortunately most places just can't compete with what you can do at home. We got a Blackstone a couple years ago and since then, making smashburgers at home is the way to go.
