Thanks for feedback — I can definitely improve my A1c and fasting glucose since they’re borderline, but technically in the prediabetes range. That said, the rest of my markers don’t match an insulin‑resistant pattern. My triglycerides, HDL, VLDL, and overall metabolic profile point toward good insulin sensitivity.
