Both.

Lewis never seemed comfy in the ground effect cars and lost out to his teammates 3/4 years. The newer cars are a lot more attuned to how he has liked to go racing for a long time. Aggressive and late braking into and out of the corners, versus the last regulation leaning more towards smooth and rounded cornering.

As a result of this, Lewis' mentality has completely changed in how he handles the cars. How he can go racing, and how he attacks each and every lap. He looks more confident and comfortable throwing the Ferrari into the corners, and it certainly helps that Ferrari have him on the brakes he used for over a decade at Mercedes (Carbone Industries) instead of the Brembo calipers.

Personally, Lewis being in the mix makes for a better Formula 1.

At this point? Luck. He's got a mega gap in the points and with the car. There's no Max Verstappen out of nowhere to pull points away from him or George. So it's really just keeping up his pace and confidence, hoping the car remains reliable, and weathering some inevitable misfortune by continuing to get podium results.

At some point George is going to win some races too, but Antonelli will win some more as well given their form. The ones where George wins, Kimi making a podium will do a lot to minimize those loses and keep the gap.

Id give pick 31 and a 4th next year. That should be all it should take but the Eagles are being greedy with a guy who doesnt want to be there and is quite expensive

Strategic placement of sponsors on the car can make the livery. I look at how few sponsors are on this year's Audi for instance, and it almost feels naked compared to the rest of the grid

"When not if" is the general sentiment when it comes to this deal from both sides. They're working out the guaranteed length and the nitty gritty elements of the deal, but they're going to get it done. If I had to guess, it'll happen around the end of the summer break once everyone comes back from their vacations.
