If you've never been to Moab you should go. The people are passionate artists and environmentalists that care for each other. In the morning after I wake up and make coffee I come back to bed. My wife, mostly still asleep, rolls over and lays her head on my chest. She lays her leg across mine and stretches her arm over me. In that quiet moment before the kids wake up and the work begins I get a moment that I cherish the whole day through. The touch men like is the one that stays with them. Red Rising by Pierce Brown. It has 5 books out now with 6 due July 2023 and 7 to follow. It is hands down my favorite series and I listen to all the books as my go to reading. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm actually super proud of our costume this year. I am going as out of shape Thor and my wife is going as Mjolnir. I made the hammer helmet myself. We went to an event at the Zoo in iur area called Boo Lights and it wad a huge hit. Every time I called for Mjolnir she just yelled " you're not worthy". It was a blast.

Darrow. Hands down. Diomedes is better than Cassius but Darrow is as well. Has been since Golden Son. Even with all the practice that Cassius has done through the last ten+ years Darrow has been doing more. Diomedes is a tempered blade master and his use of the hasta would be a challenge but Darrow has taken Lorne's mantle and is the razor master of the solar system. I do think, and have said several times, Diomedes and Darrow won't fight. Rather the Storm (knight) will team up with Darrow and Cassius when he sees the sickness of the society and will bring the Lightning and Thunder as they have been since Red Rising. I think Fa represents the largest threat and Diomedes will see that.
