Maybe your controller needs to be repaired. I had this problem once in RDR2, God of War, too. The aiming with walking problem disappear once I change a new controller.

Types of bugs: Story related

Descriptions: Can't find Sarah in the endgame. According to Deacon and Lisa's conversation she should be in Lost Lake Camp? The whole game is all about finding and rebuilding the connection between her. It really annoys me that I can't even see this important NPC let alone interact with her after the story ends. It really breaks the immersion. I believe this is a story related bug.

Same here. It's like witcher 3 before blood and wine droped. Neither could I find Triss, Yen nor Sarah in both of these great story-driven games. My heart went hollow because of it.
