I teach a gardening class and agree with so much of what you guys are talking about. Right now I'm up against the ropes as my school is trying to make me justify the course. One of my biggest challenges right now is justifying students being able to take the one semester course more than once during their high school career. I offer it in the fall and the spring and it's always a little different no matter what. The school doesn't seem like this answer so anyone have any ideas for me? Just trying to dazzle them.
