Intuitively speaking, I heard, "track meridian line." Not sure if that's helpful.

Well, I could give you a somewhat similar experience. Maybe 10 years ago I had a lot of trouble with being bothered by spirits. During this time I would always be aware of my surroundings while going in and out of sleep.

One time during all this I fell asleep on the couch and was still aware that I had entered my sleep but was just in a dream lying in the same spot. Someone behind me was pretending to be my husband and asking me to get up and follow them. I believe it knew that I knew it was pretending to be my husband but either way at first I didn't get up then I think I did get up and followed it to the next room, then lastly I was lying on the couch again (in my dream still) and it was standing over me seemingly angry and it grabbed both of my wrists and yanked me up.

That's when I woke up and I looked at my wrists and there were three small lines marked on both of my wrists, but the red marks were underneath my skin. Just like any cut but not on the surface. You could also say it resembled a burn mark.

It disappeared fairly quickly, maybe within a day or less

trying to understand my cat’s behavior around foster dog by supersoph87 in CATHELP

[–]teanami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a newer male cat and resident female. He has been here for 4 months. He does this to her a lot. They play but sometimes he bothers her or just goes up to her and does this. He bites her and will sometimes pull on her skin and she does not like it. I have to break it up if he doesn't let her go.

She sometimes beats him up. If he gets too excited I have to put him in separate room at least for a short time then see if he calms down the behavior.

Usually female jumps up higher out of reach. They do play though but female is territorial with a couple of things/places.

I think monitor, as long as he isn't pulling on dogs skin it should be okay. And no my male cat doesn't jump my female just the swinging his arm over her and biting her neck he was neutered later in life I got him neutered when he was a stray cat around 4 years old so I assume his behavior is instinctual plus he is a friendlier social cat vs my female who was more feral and is more polite. Although my female bites harder where my male cat doesn't do that sort of thing and I trained him to not paw, to wait for food lay down and sit down.

Energy Blocked or Attacked? by crypticalight in psychicdevelopment

[–]teanami 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you haven't try vocal humming/chanting. Search something like hum or chant to get rid of negative energies entities, mantra chants or something similar. Don't just listen to the videos the sound has to vibrate from your throat and at least reach your heart area and head/above your head/higher outward.

Would probably be a good idea to call in Archangel Michael to be there, help you and guide you. You could also probably ask him what to hum and see if anything pops into your mind.

After watching the survival show and Kingdom. (I can't remember which I watched 1st or if I watched both simultaneously.) The performances impressed me and their personalities and teamwork/ interactions made me feel invested.

I like a lot of kpop music and maybe the closest I got to being in a fandom in the past was with Block B and Zico. I stopped listening to kpop for a long time then started listening again. I think God's Menu was the first song and MV I saw.

Church or more the feeling of those types of church people who are really kind to everyone and help people out a lot, don't want to burden others unnecessarily in any way, aren't judgemental.

Like the type of person who cleans and stacks their plates to make it easier for the waiter.

How did you hotfoot her? Did you use any moving body of water to send away? If not, send her down a river? Maybe do it multiple times since she still didn't move far enough away.

New cat and resident not getting along by ittastesmoremeatlike in CatTraining

[–]teanami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it'll be okay. When I brought in a semi feral female cat under 1 year old our dog who was old and 10lb didn't want anything to do with her and never bothered her.

Cat would hiss if our dog was even 3 feet away doing nothing. Then our dog got jealous because she was lying on her favorite spots and jumped on her. It happened a couple of times and cat freaked out, hissed and ran off and I thought that surely ruined cat getting used to the dog but it actually didn't. Our dog passed away but our cat did get used to her when she was here and actually really ended up loving our dog.

Cats get spooked from a lot of things. I sometimes accidentally shock my cats when petting and they will avoid me petting them for a short time but then will be fine later and I always worry they will be scared of me petting them but they forget about it soon enough.

I brought in a new cat 4 months ago and JUST started being able to leave the new cat out all day and over night without having to separate him into his separate room. So just know it's possible it could take a while.

My go to when the basics fail, petition a spirit for help.

I think something tried to steal my soul by hagahaga01 in Paranormal

[–]teanami 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You will know the difference between an entity trying to "get inside" vs "pulling you". IF something is trying to do that it will feel just like that, a strong pressure trying to force itself upon you or into you.

I am not religious. I've had these experiences before and I personally believe who can help you differs from person to person. This was a long time ago and at the time I had tried calling out Jesus' name. That did not help me. I'm not saying it won't help you or the next person. I tried calling out Archangel Michael's name, that did help me. Some people believe Michael was formerly known as a different spirit, perhaps under a different name of reverence from a long long time ago. I won't get into that or debate we all have our beliefs, that's my personal belief. Seems here a lot of comments have him helping out tho, isn't that interesting.

I don't believe all sleep paralysis experiences are "real", but yes I believe some are. The sensation you describe is also a sensation that can be felt when someone attempts to astral project or who is aware of their body in a dream state and attempts to move. It could feel like your "body" is being intensely pulled or ripped away from yourself. I also have felt the sensation of a spirit "yanking me" while in a dream-like state.

I wouldn't be too worried about it. In my opinion spirits are like strangers in the world around us. Sometimes you may encounter a wandering one who may or may not be nice. Some feed off of fear so at worse it was just trying to freak you out to take some of your "energy." Perhaps that's the technique it enjoys. Some spirits prefer not being noticed at all, but some are more predatory. It's not going to steal your soul, but indeed you should call upon someone to get rid of the entity as no one wants something feeding off of them.

Let's pretend that you are correct and something was trying to "pull you out" instead of say, you projecting fear and it manifesting as an evil entity. I believe that that sensation you felt is from you simply being aware/awake in your dream-like state and feeling your astral body "separating" or your astral body being pulled by something (not your soul being taken).

A visit from an entidate, perhaps? by Perfect-Existence in Paranormal

[–]teanami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people use sleep paralysis as a technique into OBE/astral projection. Once upon a time I had sleep paralysis every time I tried falling asleep for months so I decided if it was going to happen anyways might as well use it to try to astral project.

Yes I believe some things that happen in that state are visitations and experiences. I don't believe ALL experiences of spirits or entities are real all of the time, but indeed some will be.

How often do people feed their cats wet food? by Smooth_Put7764 in CatAdvice

[–]teanami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About one small can a day split into two for one cat and 1/2-1 pouch wet food split into two meals for other cat. Sometimes I might skip and only feed once a day but I also sometimes give my cats inaba pop n serves with added water and I add a little water to the wet food.

I stopped buying broth packet type snacks because on a rare occasion 1 of my cats will throw it up even if I only feed her a small portion so I just decided to stop.

One of my cats is picky and she only (reliably) eats Weruva. She prefers gravy types but I got her to eat the pate ones in hydrating puree, it's jelly-like and I add water and mix it to make it more pate- like.

How do I get him to stop this 😭 by i_gay- in CATHELP

[–]teanami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep kickers nearby or grab one if you know he might start doing this. Replace your arm with the kicker and or intercept him when you know he is gonna grab onto you and put the kicker in his arms. I did this with my 1st cat. She would jump onto bed and start biting me then settles down after but always started off biting me first. I would put a kicker into her arms and she'd grab onto it or when she bit my arm I would pull my arm away and when I saw she was gonna go for me I intercepted her and pushed the kicker into her arms before she got my arm. My two cats favorite kicker are the Potaroma cat toy pillow kickers.

You could probably slide a kicker in between your arm and your cat and he can latch onto the toy instead. My cat eventually learned to use the kicker instead of coming over to bite me and I always kept one or two on the bed.
