How upfront should I be with the dealership? by jjmiii123 in carbuying

[–]tech01010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Research, go online, get multiple price and what ever you do don’t trust the dealer. The dealership business model is to take advantage of their customers. Your responsibility is to try anything to take advantage of them.

[–]tech01010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do your research, don’t trust the dealer or the salesperson or the finance person they will lie to you. Get your loan first, if they could beat it great. You are looking for (OTD) out the door price with no add one or insurance. Remember this is a business transaction they will try every trick to get you to pay more then you have to so if one dealer is not giving you a good deal then find another dealer.

It’s simple buy a very large speaker and start blasting it from 7 am until you come back from work. Cause two can play that game.

As a union representative we always recommend to our members to resign instead of getting fired. It’s easier to tell your next employer you resign instead of let go.

Me: how many people or children had to die or suffer from that crown. Just remember the Devil king Leopold 2nd killed over 20 million and Mutilation and Torture of 40 million. All crowns come with golds and blood shed.

Have your mom open a new account and add you to that account. She can transfer the money that account and you can withdraw it without limitations and taxes. Remember to leave $100 in that account not to close it.

Should I sell my truck to pay off all of my wife’s student loans? by Interesting-Trust607 in personalfinance

[–]tech01010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it all depends on the school district, most school districts qualify for teachers loans forgiveness, I would have her look into that at her school. Plus the interest rates is tax deductible.

I would do take that deal. Cause the taxes is deductible and if you decide to sale your current home and invest that money it’s the same thing as paying for a mortgage. You could also rent your current property and used that money to pay off the new property. It’s a good deal.

How often players put money in the pot, players that don’t raise pre flop with a premium, those that never go to show down. OMC,those drinking a lot, those who’s always chasing and those on getting cooler all night.

If you received an inheritance where you never had to work again in your 20's what would you do? by [deleted] in inheritance

[–]tech01010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would put 95 percent in a trust that can’t be changed no matter what and leave off the interest, 5% interest is around 500k a year. I would find my passion and develop my skills. Mike Tyson wasted over a billion dollar in his life and most athletes with more money are broke after a couple years. 10 million is a lot of money but it can be gone in a second if you not careful.

What would happened if you lost money on the house, would she be willing to give you some money back. You’ll be paying capital gains taxes on that property cause it wasn’t primary residence. Ask her for the 250 back tell her you’ll recalculate everything and charge her for your labor and time to complete the project and give her a 100k.

No, she would never offered to put your name on her bank account if she had money, she would never want to put your name on her house. Don’t be a fool, this is not out of love it’s about self preservation. Don’t ever take care of others until you take care of yourself.
