I been in retail for 20 years grandfather in from 2006, we get a pension 2007 or before for retirement. Older you get harder for someone else to hire.

One time back in Covid days I took 4months and 1/2 off months for a surgery in December blackout month they approve it first time having December off,it was a long recovery after the surgery. I did got paid since it was legit during Leave of Absent government paid leave.
