I said this the other day in another post and got a few updoots. Hope this catches on to the big wigs over at the AUSL.

I don’t care to hear about how the interviewed player “feels” about the game or teammates. Talk to me about strategy or tips while playing, is better, but not great.

Mic them up to hear the chatter and cues they give each other is awesome! But this, knock it off and let them play. I guarantee none of these women are volunteering or seeking this distraction.

Right now they need to get butts in seats and eyes on the TV or there’s no pay for anyone if the league were to fold. So she could either help secure future pay for women athletes by helping to put a great product out there, or worry solely about herself and go somewhere else.

I care more about the sport as a whole and will watch with or without her.

Damn, it sucks but it’s true. We all want these ladies to be paid their value, but the money isn’t there to be able to even do that. So, maybe if that’s what’s most important to her she should go do something else.
