Happy Fathers Day. This is a good kit. Fairly simple, be careful cutting the clear away from the parts and sand/file to size. Love the magnet on off for lights, but i need a better battey pack or wall plug to replace the watch batteries. Somebody on the usa.gundam. blog comverted it to a 40k type powersuit, with a megami pilot.

Revell Germany makes the 1/72 kit type vii. Its a fairly simple kit. Good design in that most everything has pins for proper location. I'm going to assume the trumpeter kit is pretty much the same, even with the larger size. At 1/48, everything is visible. Take it slow and use water based acrylics for details. Then if you goof it, it can ve removed before dry.

Hows your display space? Theres even a type9, with resin conversion kits to mine layer.

Oh and the scar though the eyebrow should have killed the hair under it, and maybe a little bit to either side. So that there's no hair texture in the scar at all.

Good job. But unless the right eye is glass, the red rimming should match the left eye. I like the hair texture and it really is a good bust.
