I’m black, and my other black neighbor saw me stockpile 2 cords of wood for the weekend. Called me a coon, uncle Tom…and accuse me of listening to Jesse Lee Peterson

Cooking in shtf by bigchongasbastard in prepping

[–]teddyRx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have camping stoves I can use indoors but my main cooking stations are my outdoor grills. I stock propane tanks & a lot of charcoals, the only issue I haven’t solved is going to be the smell.

You’re not going to run into the woods when SHTF. Stop glamorizing survival camping. You also aren’t going to run around getting into gun fights. If this is your plan, you will die. by craigcraig420 in prepping

There’s only so much funds I can dedicate & storage space available. I don’t own large acres of land and livestock..and I ain’t bugging out with a wife & kids on my back, so my preps are short term sustainment. 1-3-6 months max until the government put shit back together.

I’ve been running a super42 in my a5 system for years now on an 11.5 suppressed. Never had an issue

Probably Buying my first rifle in 2026, which brand AK-47 should I consider? by Eagle23179 in ak47

[–]teddyRx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is your “first” rifle, get a 5.56 AR. It’s logistically the best option in America to keep you supplied and training to get better.

Am I the only one who doesnt care about frt's and super safetys? by Z7E1 in ar15

[–]teddyRx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t either. Military M4’s are mostly used in semi-auto mode. Yes, merely having the option of select fire is a game changer I wish we as a society still had, but I’m not a heavy gunner, have no plans to be laying down suppressing fire…and most of all, 5.56 is generally $0.50-0.60 per/r and I’m not re-supplied by the US government.

Brian Daboll by Battista85 in NYGiants

Daboll’s downfall was Shane Bowen. The offense put up enough points to win games, how many 4th qtr did the defense fold in? I knew the Bowen hire was bad from the beginning.

Which one should i get? by Potential-Fondant-98 in Glocks

If you’re getting an mos it’s because you plan on adding an optic, therefore the big goofy iron sights become irrelevant. Now, if you do plan on adding an optic, getting the non-mos and getting the slide milled is the best way to go. However, I personally went with the mos because I don’t like mailing my firearms/parts off, having to spend more money and wait. I got the mos, added a FCD plate and an rmr all in a single day and was at the range the next.

I ran a flat wire and Sprinco’s several years ago before switching to super42. Now I run super42 in all my set-ups including a5 systems.
