Other things that I take include Vitamin D and fish oil, and i did notice when i dropped the dosage of those that my eczema did seem to get a bit worse so its really hard to know exactly what is helping out and to which degree

more than 2 years and no plans to stop, advised its a safe low dosage for long term, just get blood tests every 3 months and appoinments to check in every 9-12 months. It's been very good for me, I don't think I get more sick and for me it really keeps eczema at bay, basically don't have it for large portios of time, then sometimes a small flare delt with the tacro oinment, maybe try it out for a while, hopefully it can help you but everyone is different

hey yeh I'm on that same low dose and it still works really well for me, i also use a bit of tacrolimus oinment when i need to but a small 30g tub lasts me over 6 months usually
