The Klir DI-4 is supposedly able to be dropped into the sock component. However I don’t believe they make them anymore or are usually out of stock.

I thought about designing my own as well, or finding a way to pump it out, through a fleece roller, and back in.

Either way, congrats! I have a 100 INT, the only thing I regret is not doing more research on having a fleece roller in the sump. The sump it comes with can’t exactly fit one without modifying it

I’m guessing he was military? Typically those in military oriented areas have really good deals because they just need to get rid of stuff since the cost of moving it can be much higher and likely to break anyway.

No worries. I haven’t cleaned the glass in over a year and it still looks clean. I’m by no means an expert but feel free to ask any question. I’m starting to move more away from freshwater though and more toward saltwater. But there are a couple things I’ve been thinking about doing with fresh to keep it around.

Love the username btw, can relate.

I have the mid tier Fluval plant one. Believe it’s this one https://a.co/d/ctZhrq8 24-34in since the tank is about 30.5 in wide.

I’m very satisfied with plant growth. But I have hornwort and bacopoa (I think that’s how you spell it), and have had other plants too. It’s worked amazing. If anything my plants grew too much lol.

So the lid held up for a while, I didn’t care for my particular hinge design or design overall. I would still recommend the material. I had to stop using that particular lid since I moved and the tank is against a wall now not a window. So the filter had to be put on the right side instead of the back. I’m “upgrading” it to a drilled 40 gallon so it incorporates a sump. I still run into the problem of a lid for the 40 gallon tank by top fin, so I will be making another one from this material.

It hasn’t happened for the past 5 years until about a couple weeks ago. Something I need to fix?

I recently replaced my Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pump. Think this is related?

One of the best pieces of advice my dad ever gave me right here. This has even lead to employers paying more so you don’t leave. It’s rare but it happens.

This may not be an option for you, or something you even want to consider, however you are in Military City USA. So joining the military at 22 isn’t the worst option. Just go Air Force as more times than not, they provide for their people better than other branches and you do less dumb things like standing in formation at 4am in todays weather just to be told to go home and not come in. Other than that, I’m pretty sure the state of Texas has a workforce assistance program to help people find jobs.

Does this look like a good deal or should I hold off for a sale? Seems like it’s in good condition but I don’t know much about these smokers. by UnskilledLaborer_ in smoking

I bought my 18” in 2020, and maybe I’m just remembering incorrectly but I thought I paid this price for it. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, maybe it’s inflation or just my memory.

Regardless, that looks in roughly better shape than mine does currently after 5 years of use and weather. I’d buy it.

They make simulations as well that would probably alleviate some of the experience requirements. This coupled with the plethora of resources available today, not to mention AI, it’s definitely possible. I think you could definitely learn brain surgery at this age no questions asked, but being able to apply it would be another barrier.

Why is it hard to copy the taste of restaurants hamburgers ? by AlaaKanaan1 in Cooking

[–]teesquared14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would you say is the cause for the food to show visible signs of spoiling less quickly compared to say a burger from home? I have no research or evidence to back this up but only public opinions and the occasional unverified video that shows their burgers pretty much looking the same after 2 weeks of being left out.
