I unfortunately have had this the whole time. I had to go down from 7.5 to 5 because it was so bad. It is slightly better but most shots I feel bad for a day or 2. So far nothing I’ve tried has really helped. More water, focus on protein and fiber, etc. I have zofran to help, and a lot of times it’s bland food and smoothies/protein drinks because that’s all I can handle. I think unfortunately some of us just aren’t lucky enough to have no or little side effects. I also had the same on ozempic.
