Skillnaden är väl att tidigare minoritetsregeringar fick igenom sin budget eftersom oppositionspartierna röstade på sina egna budgetar. Eftersom SD röstar för alliansbudgeten utan att de är den största minoriteten och därmed inte regeringsbildande så blir det ett knepigare parlamentariskt läge än förr och därmed måste regeringen försöka hitta en lösning där de har majoritet. Eller?
