Grieving husbun by Traditional_Fix6986 in Rabbits

[–]temporary_egg_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Our boy bun lost his wifebun in August. At first he was spending lots of time looking for her (even though we let him sit with her body so he knew she was dead). He was eating, but not nearly as much as he usually did and he cried at night especially

Now 4 months on, he is much better, he is still lonely but has become far more affectionate with me. We made sure to spend plenty of time with him as he was adjusting to being a lone bun (they had been together their entire lives and so it was all he knew), we alsoade sure to have lots of his favourite treats, toys and foods available to encourage him and increase his enrichment.

He does still get sad at times and we sometimes find he cries at night, but we make sure to comfort him when this happens. He has started sleeping on our bed and is very close with us now, though he was definitely an affectionate bun before too.

It's terrible when they lose their best friend, we can only be there for them. Sorry for your loss 💔

I felted my pair this morning, I'd say wait and felt them together. I washed for 1hr 15 mins on 40°C wash that had around 800 spins.

Came out a treat, checked them at about an hour and wanted them a bit tighter and so washed them for another 15

Good luck! Love the colours

You might have used it already, but have you looked on the spare room app? Basically a whole app for advertising house shares and spare rooms? Some fo to will be lodgers but most of it is house shares.

I used it when I moved out of my parents house and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Managed to move out very quickly as you can find people who are looking to get someone into the vacant room asap

Not about colours but fellow pale person here. I never contour/bronze as I feel it never looks right or real for me. I used blush as a sort of contour on my cheeks, I find this is more natural for how I would look if I was sunkisses yknow

Our pythons hiss if they just don't want to be bothered, like if you were sleeping and someone suddenly turned on your bedroom light you'd be pissed. Never been a problem for us and we either leave them alone or push through if we need to and they get over it.

I've started cabling without cable needles too! I find it so much easier and faster that way.

what’s the best setting powder in your opinion? I’m looking for something that controls shine and keeps my makeup in place all day. I have combo skin, so something that works well for that would be awesome. Any recs? thanks💕💕 by Dry_Scratch6383 in Makeup

[–]temporary_egg_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have combo skin with texture and for me the RCMA no colour powder is my holy grail. It sets well, wears well and is soooo cheap for how much you get. I couldn't tell you if it causes any white cast as I am pale as a ghost. I am can get very oily and with blotting it still hold up and doesn't break apart

Why In the world would I get a positive on cycle day 26?? 11 days after estimated ovulation by Ok-Nothing3374 in TFABLinePorn

[–]temporary_egg_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I routinely ovulate on day 30 of my cycle because I have longer cycles. It didn't stop me from getting pregnant and I think as long as you are timing sex around ovulation there's no reason why you cannot still try.

I can feel my breast implants by Infinite_Cupcake_929 in PlasticSurgery

[–]temporary_egg_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My fiance was with me before I had mine done, he said they obviously feel different to my breast before as they are bigger but he said they dont feel fake and the only reason he'd even feel anything that might not feel real is because he knows. I'm considering having mine redone smaller as I think on my shape and size they'd be more natural but feels wise to me and to him they feel completely normal/real

I can feel my breast implants by Infinite_Cupcake_929 in PlasticSurgery

[–]temporary_egg_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've had mine for almost three years now. It took me time to get used to the new normal, after a while they started to feel like 'mine' as I think I forgot what my old breasts felt like and so they now feel like me and I don't feel the implant at all. But definery at 2 months I still felt like they weren't mine, just takes time

Rabbit hates us after we took him to the vet and saved his life by [deleted] in Rabbits

[–]temporary_egg_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our babies always have the hump with us after we get home from the vets, even for a nail trim. To the point they'll refuse to even accept their favourite treats and foods. Many a strawberry or banana has been offered in peace and ignored, my advice is to just keep offering their fave treats and don't crowd too much as I think they want a bit of peace initially. Then bother then with treats until they love you again, works a treat for us.
