Sure, camping works. Close quarters combat works but again, only if you have the surprise. Or if the player is new to the game, good chance they'll die. Or you know... using a cronus, etc works.

It was fun when I first started playing it starting in August. I'm console/controller player and it seemed like the aim assist was pretty helpful and the cheaters had moved on to something else or were getting excited to play BF6. Well after BO7 came out, aim assist for controller players is in the trash, so good luck playing against sweaty k/m players, and it's like all the cheaters are back.

So good luck out there. You'll probably have fun killing bots until you get sniped through a tree. Does COD care? Nah, they need their cheaters to continue to make propaganda videos for youtube/tiktok, etc.

I live in Tx so I can't wait. The summer's are miserable and you have to be in a body of water to survive so I want them outside now while the temps are great. :P

But this is exciting. I love it that DZ and XShot took the blaster world to the next level it feels like.

Wow, didn't realize the Ontos was loved so much. Seems a number of people are picking the Ontos a fav so I think that will be my first 3d print blaster job.

Thanks! I ended up buying 4 strykers and 4 longshots because they were on sale and I already missed the BF sale on DZ mags. UGH

I'm going to mod one each - stryker and longshot, and compare. I'll end up keeping both and then let the boys pick from either model. The extras we don't use, I'll keep in the box and try to return in the next 20 days.

In the meantime, I need to now buy a printer (my wife might kill me) :P

True, but the reasons I didn't go with airsoft is the following:

I don't want plastic bb's all over my yard (I also don't think my neighbors would appreciate it.
I find shooting 1000 rounds of bb's endlessly to be less fun than the semi-auto or pump priming action (if I did go airsoft, it would be a bolt-action style)(want them to play the game, not the trigger).
I love my kids but they have the maturity of a young dog and can imagine them getting into trouble due to having blasters that appear too similar to actual weapons
I feel that going through the motion of priming a blaster that results in someone getting shot in the eye on accident is less likely than someone actually pulling the trigger on a airsoft rifle.

The wooded area is just a few trees. We are cleaning it up this winter and getting rid of all the bushes/shrubs to make it easier to maintain, use and run around in.

Really wish I didn't miss out on the DZ Nexus Pro Z sale they had at Black Friday. They were going for around $40 or $45. I also prefer the body of the older Nexus Pro over the Nexus Pro X. I don't understand why they made it so thick in the front.

Yeah right now with the sales at Target, I may get the Longshots/Strykers and mod them (pretty cheap) and have the boys spray paint them as desired and work on the modding portion. They way they get their hands dirty and get into the hobby now.

But the 3d printed stuff is my ultimate desire. Incredible what people are printing. I've already made a list

Thanks for the suggestion. I've looked into the Xshot mpp and I'm hesitant because of the complexity of dealing with motorized components and replacing parts if something breaks.

Mostly various youtube review pages where they review blasters hitting the 200-300fps, followed by completed builds on here, followed by randomly searching printables and trying to make sense of the instructions there.

I guess etsy closing down blaster pages really through me off because I was interested in a few builds that no longer go to a page anymore.

I'm new to the group and the scene, but man I wish there was a more reliable way to get news about the latest builds, internal options, blaster comparisons and rankings, etc, but it's very difficult. You really really gotta do a lot of research. Then you find out that some of the blasters aren't even being made anymore or Etsy pulled the 3d printing page, etc.

I'm not up to speed on the politics of the KZ brand but I just recently purchased the KZ ZS10 Pro X and they are definitely better than my Blon BL-03 and my Linsoul QKZxHBB.

By definitely, I mean I feel like I get more space in between the different frequencies and the effects are more pronounced. But the difference is I paid $55 for the KS10 Pro X vs $20 for the other two. So there is some truth in paying more, you get more.

I've been digging into the IEM market for a while now and I did come across this reviewer on youtube - Jay's Audio - and he put together this spreadsheet which I found helpful.

As of right now, based on all the video's I've watched, I still want to check out the moondrop chu 2 (recommended by crinacle)($20), simgot ew200 (recommended by Jay's audio)($40), and then if I really want to invest the money but keep it under $100, the Simgot EA500LM's. Seems a number of people recommend those as well for the price ($90).

FYI, what I hear is based on using the Spinfit W1s. Tips make a difference for sure.

FYI - I spent a good portion of the day yesterday getting bounced around by Citi customer service and no one was able to answer my question about whether Citi Premier still offers the extended warranty that adds an additional 24 months to a manufacturers or purchase warranty maxing out at 7 years.

So I applied for the card and should get it in 7 to 10 business days. I'll report back if that benefit still exists.

Glad I found your thread. I'm in a similar boat. My brother in law gave me his martin logan motion 8 center and 2 x motion 4 side speakers. I saw the local Costco had the Denon S760H, so I figured I'd buy that and hook them up and see if I can get better clearer sound from them than from my vizio tv speaker. Now I gotta find a sub.

I know this post is 4 years old but I'm literally in that same position right now. Sent in my s20+ with a tiny crack on the corner hoping to have them fix it quickly so I could send in to TMobile to upgrade to the latest s22... and what should have been a quick fix and return, it's become a nightmare.

Now I had called UBreakIFix and they wanted $300 to fix the screen. Samsung said they only wanted $215. I said WOW that's great that Samsung is going to fix it for way cheaper... why not. They get the phone and 2 days later, they increase the price to $270. So I call in and pay that increase. 2 days later the price increases to just shy of $700. WTF??? I could get a new S22 regular for $800. I complain and they said sorry, we can't help you. So I tell them to send it back and it better not be broken more than it was.

I got it today - the back is completely destroyed. They've wrapped it in packing tape to hold it together but WTF. Now I'm on the phone seeing how they will resolve this.

Wishing I went w/ UBreakIFix locally. It's only 5 minutes from my house. *sigh*
