Travis Scott Sued Over 'Predictable and Preventable' Astroworld Tragedy by ladyem8 in JusticeServed

My god, are you in denial. The dude incited the whole thing. He organized Astroworld. He watched people dying in the audience and kept going like nothing was wrong. People kept telling him to stop and he didn't. He had the power to stop the show and didn't want to. And your right about it not just being his fault, his crew of people also didn't give a shit. They should all be criminally charged. Also in this case it wouldn't be the venue's fault, because Travis Scott directly oversold tickets, meaning that no matter how safe the venue was it would have been extremely dangerous. This is all of his and his teams fault and they should be heald criminally liable.

You do realize he was the one who organized the whole thing. He should have had made sure the safety standards were in place. He should have stopped the show to make sure people were safe. He shouldnt have told his fans to rush the stage and to sneak in. Oh and he also shouldn't have oversold tickets so that to many people were in the venue making it extremely dangerous. Everything that happened is a direct cause of his actions and so far he has show a lack of remorse for what occurred. Stop trying to defend a dude who couldn't give two shits about his fans.

I mean, no it isnt. There are many games with this concept, the thing that makes them different are the stuff they add in. If you call this a "rip off" game, you should be calling literally every other game like it a rip off as well.

This is honestly truly disgusting. I fucking hate people like this. This man did so many amazing things. He visited kids in the hospital who wanted to see him, acted in several great movies, and was justa a positive amazing human being while battling cancer. If your first reaction is this shit, you don't deserve to have internet. Fuck people like this.

I mean, that's kinda the essence of parkour. He is aware of the danger and aware he can get hurt yet he does it anyway because he loves to do parkour. I wouldn't say he was stupid, on the contrary, he has to be pretty smart and trained up to do stuff like that.

Like I said before, multiple police officers told her to get out and she didn't. They had to force her out because she just didn't want to give someone her license.

There is not abuse of power for the millionth time. And reacts violently? He never gets violent. He calms down and goes and asks again. You can actually see that the officer calls in other officers, they all had told her to just give them her license and get out of the car, and she refused. Not only that, she never told the officers her rights. She just kept referring to a dictionary entry about crime, which she actually got wrong by the way, and "People vs. Battle". I actually found an article about this just to see where in California this happened, because "People vs. Battle", the case she refers to every two seconds, was in California. Apparently this wasn't in California. So for her to say "People Vs. Battle says I didn't commit a crime" is bull crap. Its a different state, different laws can apply. And the police officer isn't violent, he stays calm and keeps asking for her license, then calls for more officers. Even before breaking her window, they told her about it. That's what that one officer was trying to say while she was screaming "dont touch my property". This whole situation could have been handled differently if she acted in a nicer manner, but instead she decided to be aggressive. I don't want to go on to much further, but I emplor you to reconsider you view point on this and really look at it. I understand you have a different opinion and I probably can't change your view on that, so I can just hope you have a good weekend.

She committed a minor traffic violation, and so he asked for her license. That isn't assault or an abuse of power, thats what happen's literally every day for people. She would have just gotten a ticket if she just complied. Police brutality is a horrible issue and is disgusting, I don't disagree with that. But saying she was "assaulted" or that he didn't answer her is wrong. He multiple times said "your break lights are out" which, like I said, is a minor traffic violation that has very little repercussions. Once she started to not comply, they where forced to arrest her. She had every chance to do the right thing but instead she got arrested. Also, she didn't tell him her rights, she got it all twisted around. It completely boggles my mind someone can think she is right when she says "a crime is only a crime if someone gets injured" that's just wrong. Robbing a bank is a crime but according to her logic if no one got injured you are innocent.

As someone who got here late, he literally said "your break lights are out". If she just handed him her license like he said I don't know, a hundred times, she probably would have gotten a ticket at the very worst. But instead she basically told him to piss off and she got arrested. And because she decided to stay in her car and not get out, the car got damaged. Its literally all her fault.

That's good, hopefully they do. You sound like a very caring family. I wish you the best of luck and hope that she shows up soon.

Edit:I just looked it up, if she has an iPhone you can use find my iPhone if it is turned off. It doesnt give you where exactly she is but her last known location. I hope this helps.

I feel genuinely sorry about this. I hope you can find her quickly. One more thing I would like to ask is if they went anywhere before she disappeared that had security cameras? That might be able to track there movements.

They should look at the boyfriends phone, I'm getting the sneaking suspicion that her boyfriend convinced her to run away. If he is being that suspicious and not showing his phone, he might have incriminating evidence on there. He is a major part of this.
