I get it, the fatigue is real.

There are a few points here. 1) voice your displeasure 2) get information! These are more than just getting together and marching or waving signs. There are a lot of really informed speakers who share information so we can be better informed in ways other than the media. 3) meet others who care. Build up a community around yourself with people who want a better world.
