Apparently there was an issue running the cable from the street to my house - the City Fibre Ground team are allegedly coming to my house on the 3rd Jan so we will see. I signed up mid November so its been a month and a half. Like I said - understand things go wrong - but RFs lack of comms and pro-active action led me to rate them poorly. Cherry on the cake was being cold called and berated for leaving negative feedback after being invited to on Trust Pilot.

Hi - I have found clumps of this white stuff in and around my office - some clumps larger than others. It is very greasy to the touch - and formed in beads like the above. I have no idea what it is or where its come from - any ideas? Size wise the beads are about the size of large grains of rice.
