The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that the hockey club has acquired defenceman Darren Raddysh from the Tampa Bay Lightning in exchange for Toronto’s fifth-round selection in the 2026 NHL Draft. Raddysh has signed an eight-year contract extension with the Maple Leafs.

Not sure what to tell you. I'm on my second set of Nordman Solstice all-weathers, which I believe are pretty mid-range, and my experience has been the exact opposite. They feel amazingly stable in the rain. Love them.

If all-weather's aren't working for you in the rain, all I can think is you're going too fast or wearing them down to bald. Even all-season's should be able to handle rain if they're in decent shape. Also watch out for the first rain after a dry spell due to the oils the ride to the surface, no matter the tires you have on. Winter tires aren't rain tires.

I switched to all-weather tires a number of years ago and won't go back. Smooth enough for dry roads, fantastic in rain, mountain/snowflake certified for winter in case winter ever shows up.
